rear bumper question

hi guys
quick question,does the rear bumper separate?
I've removed the tow bar and have a piece cut out of lower part.
Do I have to buy a new bumper complete?

complete bumper

could you not patch it, plastic weld and spray to match Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
