If your battery is sluggish and it will still start then you will probably last until the cold weather comes back in the Autumn. You could measure the voltage and see what it's like or get it on a proper battery tester and measure its CCA (cold cranking amps).
I have found that batteries have a very varied life, we had one go a couple of weeks ago in my son's 2010 Porsche but my wife's 56 reg Peugeot 207 still has the original battery. These cars share a garage and do about the same annual mileage (about 3k). 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

One morning before starting the motor go out and put the lights radio etc on. wait a few minutes. Then go and try and start it. Should give you some idea of how good your battery is. You may need a backup plan if it fails to start of course. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Maybe there should be a sticky link for car batteries. I replace the car battery every 4 years regardless of it's condition. I don't want to be stuck 500km beyond the black stump!

I have just replaced the original battery on my 07 and it was the previously quoted "sluggishness on cold mornings" that prompted me to act.
It was just about turning over the engine enough to start - it was fine when engine was warm.
If you use an INDY for your servicing pop in and get them to test it - they probably won't charge for that. Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?
