Lots of suppliers on eBay, just type "number plates" into search box. Design your own plate including badges and logos etc and no need to send off V5 docs (don't ask me why). Last one cost me £8 inc postage. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Well I designed a replacement after a minor bump with a deer cracked my front plate. I made an exact copy of the original even down to the supplying dealer details and LR logos etc. Whilst you have been on this forum you could probably done the job 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Why do you really want to give the dealers FREE advertising? When I got my car they gave me an extra number plate for the rear which was for my trailer but I never used it as it had their name on it. Still came in handy to put on my garage wall. MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

I had the same problem as the OP from one main dealer when I wanted to buy my personal plates to fit myself. I just went to another dealer. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

When I had a FL1 I ran into a deer and the front of the car needed some repair work which was done by the insurance company. The repair was fine, the problem was that the front plate now had the name and logo of the local Vauxhall dealer which would signal to anyone that the car had been in a front end bash. I had it replaced by one to match the rear LR plate. However it appears that you do have to show the suppliers name and postcode. See below.

I lost a number plate and my dealer made one up for free. I've bought a few cars from them so I think they have my plates in stock 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200 |

So did I. A BMW dealer. And they cut them down to size as well. Wonder what their cars are like . . . ? Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own! |
