Radio screen

Hi all,
I have a freelander 2 2013 td4
No sat nav just the small screen displaying the radio/cd info.
My question is if I was to take out the small screen and replace with the larger one from a higher spec model with sat nav what would happen?
Would the radio now work on touch screen or not?
Would any other features work or not?
Has this been done already?

Pretty unlikely I would say.
I'm pretty familiar with the Highline System and there is fundamental differences between the HiLine and Lowline system namely the MOST fibre optic network.
Saying this I Havnt seen the rear of the lowline screen.
The main dash harness is completely different between the two systems and the touchscreen is integral with the HDD head unit which the lowline system doesn't have. MY15
