They should rename the Discovery Sport 'Discovery Lite' or even 'Discovery Cheap'. You'll see why when you drive one. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

soo wrong, the DS drive much better that the FL2 and pre MY13 evoques ( 6 speed version), its quieter, handles much better. The auto box is light years ahead of the box of marbles with the FL2 (havnt tried the manual). Yep some of the plastics are , but unless you are offroad every day its a step forward.

Off to look at a sport tomorrow, need the circular auto gear selector as the 'boss' has difficulty moving the shift but can manage the turn... We will wait and see.

Now bought MY2011 SD4 HSE auto with only 13k mileage (with full LR history for non believers)
