Pheasant vs Fog Light

Driving to work this morning and there's a pheasant wondering up the left side of the road, I move over to give him plenty of room... he decides to spring up and flies straight into my left fog light Sad Needless to say, after a few feathers and a loud bang he had left some damage. Unfortunately he hit the light bang on and popped it back into the bumper, dislodging the outer shell.

Anybody know how I can fix this, or is it a case for a local independent chap to look at? I would prefer to give it a go myself - the light still works it's just missing the fixings and outer body case. I've had a quick look and can't see an easy way to access it from within the body of the car - it's an 08 HST so I have the impractical body kit to get past, too.

Cheers

I had something similar with a small deer. The following post includes a video on front bumper removal which takes about 30 mins. I took mine off, found all the bits inside, repaired the crack with a kit off ebay and put the lamp housing back together.

The Q-bond has stood the test of time and held well.
