Drivers heated seat is permanently on

I've been having some trouble with my heated seat. The drivers seat now comes on when I start the car and cannot be turned off unless the engine is turned off.
The passenger seat works fine, I think it may be the drivers heated seat switch which is faulty, the lights work fine on the switch.
Can you gain access to them by removing the radio?
I wanted to swap the switches round to check it is the drivers switch which is at fault.
Has anyone ever removed the 6 cd radio from a 2009 freelander, don't want to try removing it and break the radio.
Cheers for any help, much appreciated. 2009 HSE TD4- SANTORINI BLACK - WIND DEFLECTORS - ROOF RAILS

its a complete panel for all HVAC, no way to swap switches with out destroying panel. No need to remove radio to access the panel, you need to remove the console then the panel. 2014 SE Loire Blue SD4 Auto (MY15)

Thanks, I'll have a go at removing the trim around it and see if I can fix it. 2009 HSE TD4- SANTORINI BLACK - WIND DEFLECTORS - ROOF RAILS
