Replacement fog lights with DRL+fog light combo

I was wondering if someone has experience with this type of DRL's (Vinstar)

They are considerably cheaper then the OSRAM, the only thing i can see that is diffrent is that the OSRAM has one controll unit for all and the Vinstar has 2 (one for each side/licht unit)

Will they dim when the headlights are on? is that in the control units?
They had a similar thing you could fit on the Gen 2 MINIs but they had to dim when dipped headlights were selected or the MOT man wouldnt pass it?

They are road legal in Germany so they will turn off when main light is on while fog light will function as normal from the button in the cabin.

Dim option might occur when using the blinkers but i am not sure about that

I thought they only needed to dim if near the indicator, no problem if they extinguish on selection of head lights my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

the control box on the Osram ledriving fog controls the cornering lights.
I have the cheaper Osram LED Fogs on my van, no control box, no cornering lights. I6 WITH GAS CONVERSION
