Intermittent starting problem.

Hello everyone, been a member for a while now and got some great information from the forum. I've got an intermittent starting problem on my 2009 (59) td4.e 60000 miles. It will start fine from cold but ocassionally when it's warm its cranking over for ages and ages before it will fire up. I've had it to my local landrover specialist a couple of times but don't seem to be getting much nearer with the problem. There are no fault codes stored at all. It's had the fuel filter changed, new crank position sensor last week which seems to have helped but not cured the problem. Battery has been checked and all good so I'm not sure what to look at next and don't want to keep having it back to the garage to keep guessing at what it could be. I've read threw loads of post but can't seem to find anything that relates exactly to my problem. Anybody have any ideas at all what could be the problem id really appreciate it?? Thanks Andrew.

If the 'flap' in your throttle body does not open, there will be no air available to start Idea Plastic teeth in the gears have been known to shred.

Sorry I should of said it had a new throttle body in October when I bought it. It broke down when I'd had it 20 minutes, im not having much luck with it. Could the new throttle body have been fit wrong or broken already? Thanks for the reply!
