I try not to get mine that dirty as it takes a whole day to polish up all the underside afterwards, and thats after washing the top.
Mind you you can get under it without needing to jack it up which is one good thing.

Brain - what tyres are you using?

I have 5mm left on my GY WR AWs and i am not confident in them when in mud. Got stuck the other day in about 4" of mud with all 4 wheels spinning. None of the programmes helped!

A really nice 300tdi Defender on BFT ATs just gently pulled me out. I really miss my Defender!

I will be changing tyres soon but as i do loads of motorway driving i don't really want full on ATs - thinking about Michelin Latitude Cross as a compromise.
