United Kingdom 2015 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Fuji White
value of 'bits'

I'm afraid it's another member with an I'm off thread. I've loved the 2 years of Freelander 2 ownership. However I acquired a Disco 2 a fair few months ago. I've been using the Disco 2 for work and saving the Freelander for 'best' I bought it on a PCP and didn't want to hammer the mileage on it. I must be the only person swapping the Freelander 2 for another Land Rover that's not a disco sport!

After a bit I've realised that the Freelander is too good and expensive not to be used but I really didn't want the cost of 2 Land Rovers! I've had the Disco 2 thoroughly checked out and I've been lucky and own one with a very good chassis. Other things need sorting but nothing as serious as the chassis.

I've decided to trade down to an Audi A6 estate as it was always a tight squeeze getting the holiday gear into the Freelander and the boss won't go long journeys in the Disco! It frees up a fair chunk of cash and means I'll actually own the car again! Plus Audi seem keen on offering good deals on used cars at the moment. Can't think why.......

Anyway, point of the post. I bought a Spare Alloy, Jack and foam insert rather than the gunk. Looking at the price XS alloys go for on here (not much!) would I be better off considering selling the gunk rather than the wheel? Would I get more and would it be easier to sell?

What do you reckon? I'll be posting a fair few items shortly for sale but wasn't sure which to keep?

Cheers

Dan
