Front suspension knock

I have a 2014 freelander 2 and have a knock from the passenger side front when turning full right on a bumpy surface and only on rough surface.
I've had both struts, springs discs and pads replaced I have also had it on a ramp and everything seems to be tight with no play, I'm thinking it may be the outboard driveshaft cv joint, if this is the case will I be able to replace the outboard cv joint without replacing the full drive shaft
