Hi all

I've owned a 2011 HSE4 FL2 for about 12 hours now, about 6 of that spent struggling with the sat nav

I've used a variety of GPS units for 20+ years now, and so not a complete beginner with the concept

However I seem to be floored by this one, especially compared to my very intuitive Tom Tom plug in...

I dont even seem to be able to arrive at a location and simply add 'my location' as a favourite

So, is there an Idiots' Guide to the satnav? I seem to fit the bill...

I didn't get a manual with mine, but I have to admit I picked it up really quickly

being from 2009 it is a bit out of date, and some of the routes it takes are a bit strange (for example off the motorway at a junction then back on the same motorway 3 junctions later... no idea why!)
