Pity its not L359, now that would be cool. still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit

I haven't been there in 10 years. I once went out with a nurse who worked in the Infirmary. The first and only date was nice enough, until I took her home at 1am. Expecting a sleep over, I was met at the front door by Mum and the girls three kids! Now I know everyone has a mum, but no mention had been made of three kids. They looked at me like I was their new dad and I made a hasty exit. Phew, close call. Moral of the story, don't assume all nurses are single, unattached sex maniacs and give Aberdeen a miss.

Blimey bit of a sweeping condemnation of Aberdeen based on one encounter isn't it??

Maybe your right, but it involved a round trip from Inverness tyo Aberdeen, taking her Christmas Shopping - yes I know a strange one for a first date, but it didn't involve me paying for anything, just lugging stuff around. I suppose I should have twigged at that point when she was buying nothing but toys, but then you think they are for neices etc. then off to the city centre bars! Anyway, I felt used and abused, you'd be a bit upset too!

I can't help it. I was free and single, like a Fox in a Chicken Run. Even I blush at the memory. But remember girls these days are a lot more forward, it wasn't all one sided. I remember having three Christmas Lunches one year, but thats another story! Anyway, sense prevailed, I married my Accountant and saved a mint on my bills.

Oh, forgot to mention, whats wrong with cherished numbers, the wife and I have matching ones and I wouldn't say we have too much cash. We are poor people!
