two years ago my clutch started to slip in 6th gear,18000 mls later it started to slip in 4th and 5th ,so today had the clutch and flywheel done at farnell in bury,got a cracking deal and only £150 dearer than most independants..the customer service is excellent would highly recommend.fells totally different to drive

A well-known fault. I think some members have received a contribution from LR, even after warranty expired. Lots of threads on this, although none recently (apart from this one). Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.
