I saw in this months caravan club mag a couple of places near Malaga that do a "winter break" for a couple of months , I like the idea of that but I would miss my sky tv. I'm pretty sure I couldn't pick sky up with a Scottish dish that far south.

Sky can be received on a average dish, about 60cm, Sky is still on the Euro beam transponders, however BBC and ITV which are on the UK spot beam, even with a Sky decoder set top box will be unobtainable unless you are on a 1.2m diameter dish my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Hi Purplemadboy, no we have a little house near Nerja but there is a camp site call "Nerja Camping" http://www.nerjacamping.com/about-us.php which is near Maro, a little village, and less than 1Km to the beach. Last year I came to see this camping place to find out if we could camp and spoke to a few Brits there and they all likes the place. Regarding Sky TV I am not sure but I think people can get sky by "CS". Last edited by paxman on 13th Jan 2016 11:54 pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Apparently Nerja has now recovered from the major traffic congestion of around a month ago, some say and angry purple vanist was to blame At work
