Seen this on Autotrader.

Done a little digging and this is definitely a pre-production/press launch vehicle.

Production started at VIN 677, and this is VIN 553. Black tops to the doors, registered as "Rxxx BDU" on 03/11/97, and the V5 giving the vehicle type as "LR 90 4C SW" rather than "Freelander" are all pointers to this being either a press car (most likely) or a pre-production prototype.

Too far away for me to travel - but wondered if someone might want to rescue this little bit of LR history......?
