Narrung ferry Coorong South Australia
this ferry carries vechicles across a narrow section of water where lake Alexandrenia and lake Albert meet .There are quite a few of these ferry crossings at the lower end of the Murray River

The Cook not cooking
this is a small free camp area adjacent to the ferry where you can camp for up to 72 hrs ,a great spot to have a bit of a rest on green grass with new clean facilities .

Yes it's nice, I was down there last summer. Drove along the beach to Murray Mouth then went all the way around to Salt Lake and drove through the dunes out to the ocean. I must have driven 30 kms along the beach. Fraser Island this year though. Smile
