No it resets each time you restart the car then applies automatically unless you keep the button pressed again, its safety device, if it didnt folk would be putting in claims there car has rolled off as they forgot to reset again themselves, I think thats sensible somehow?

Didn't know that, that's good to know ![]() I would like to be able to release the EPB without having to have your foot on the brake. |

Just drive off it releases automatically |

Yes, but there are sometimes, like when reversing into the garage, where it would be useful just to creep in with it idling and not have to touch the throttle.

plus you don't really need to know that with your auto, in fact it shouldn't work on your auto ![]() |
