Fuse FA6 keeps blowing on 2007 freelander2

Both cigar lighters have stopped working on my 2007 (57 plate) freelander 2.
I checked fuse F45 in under bonnet fuse box (15 amp) which was found to be blown. Having replaced fuse F45 I also checked fuse FA6 (also 15 Amp) located in the fuse box under the boot floor to find this was also blown.
Having replaced both fuses F45 and FA6 the cigar lighter sockets worked BUT only briefly before Fuse FA6 blew again.

Any ideas why this might be happening or what to check next to try to remedy before I give up and take it to the Dealer ?

Faulty cig lighter shorting out. Try disconnecting them one at a time and replace fuses. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8

Has the console been removed recently and a wires been trapped when replacing it?

Thanks for the suggestions, the centre console hasn't been removed so pretty sure it's not caused by something trapped underneath. May be a faulty Cig lighter socket so will explore that option.
