I always use the car parks where you keep your keys, I always wondered if this sort of thing went on, I mean these days it wouldnt be too difficult to plug in a laptop and reset the mileage would it??

Presumably they put fuel in it, or do they empty the tank and give it you back empty saying its evaporated?
The car needed a tracking system on it so it could be disabled remotely by the owner once they have parked it, give them 10 minutes to park up and then thats it.
