Zermatt Silver?

My 2009 FL2 was advertised as Zermatt Silver. A while ago I purchased touch up paint which was Zermatt Silver. But when I put it on a 2 inch scrape (thank you who did that in the car park) the touch up colour seems to be darker.

Is this normal or is the car in fact another colour?

There should be a paint code on the front passenger door frame, iirc - that will tell you the colour.

My previous FL2 was advertised as Indus Silver but it was only a few months later that I found out it was Zermatt .

I dont think you'll get an exact match to original paint work when using a touch up stick.

the touch up kit, will come with the LR paint code on and name of the paint. Sophie Alltoft

Cheers all. It's definitely Zermatt Silver and so is the touch up. I'm surprised how much darker the touch up paint is to be honest. And it wasn't some cheap stuff either.

Might try another brand.

An update on this.

I purchased a different touch up paint (with separate transparent laquer) and this matches up must better.
