Try Kielder 4x4 Safari for some Freelander friendly off roading near Newcastle. I help on the event that raises money for The Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team. I drive a Freelander 2 with sump and tank guard, driving on Wranglers. I also have a CB and use OS mapping via a Snooper.

hello MarkyMark, I did the Kielder 4x4 Safari last year, great fun, but the only think I did not like much is that some places were very narrow and branches has left scratches on my car. apart from that was a great day out. perhaps should be beeter during the winter

I'll be at the December Kielder event, but with my D2. The Freelander is still too new! |
