I am quite glad they have introduced that. Audi have done it for some time and their prices are transparent and pretty competitive, meaning we continue to use them for services.

Just spoke to Harwoods at Chichester and they say that they had never heard of it! It's only on participating dealers and according to the website they should be one of them. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

RCV is based in Kent, so Harwoods Tonbridge, Edenbridge are local to them |

This has already come up on another thread. It's a ploy to get you to keep using a Dealer after the car is out of warranty. Only applies to cars over three years old - so if you pay the dealer price for your third service any problems are fixed under warranty. If you wait the extra day to get the fixed price you have to pay for any repairs (and dare I suspect that there will suddenly be all sorts of work needing doing?) Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

If you have a 3+ year old car with a couple of years extended warranty then it sounds a good deal.

Looks a good deal compared to dealer quoted prices. Pentland Elgin (Oggs) quoted me £75 more for 2 services last week when trying to get a deal out of them. |
