I am quite glad they have introduced that. Audi have done it for some time and their prices are transparent and pretty competitive, meaning we continue to use them for services.

Looking at those prices I may well use LR for servicing. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…

Just spoke to Harwoods at Chichester and they say that they had never heard of it! It's only on participating dealers and according to the website they should be one of them. Shocked 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

RCV is based in Kent, so Harwoods Tonbridge, Edenbridge are local to them

This has already come up on another thread. It's a ploy to get you to keep using a Dealer after the car is out of warranty. Only applies to cars over three years old - so if you pay the dealer price for your third service any problems are fixed under warranty. If you wait the extra day to get the fixed price you have to pay for any repairs (and dare I suspect that there will suddenly be all sorts of work needing doing?) Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.

If you have a 3+ year old car with a couple of years extended warranty then it sounds a good deal.

Incidentally I have noticed (from odd paperwork that I have been given or seen on the desk) that the dealers tend to do more jobs when they know that the customer isn't paying, not the other way around. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

Looks a good deal compared to dealer quoted prices. Pentland Elgin (Oggs) quoted me £75 more for 2 services last week when trying to get a deal out of them. Surprised Surprised
