Gibraltar 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Fuji White
Functional 12V socket

Hi guys

Looking at replacing the 12V cigarette lighter socket on my center console for something more "functional", like a USB + A2DP (bluetooth audio) device.

I have a 2011 Freelander 2, so i have a 12V socket just below my auto gear stick - across from the handbrake lever. As i was looking for a bluetooth A2DP device to fit into my AUX 3.55m port too, i thought of possibly doing both mods in one.

I've seen some devices on eBay that offer both USB ports and A2DP, but they're rather chunky. Anything someone may have seen that would sort of 'blend' in with my car's aesthetics? nothing too bulky or sticking out, even if it means pulling put the actual 12V socket and replacing for a new unit.

any suggestions welcome.

thanks!
