United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Lago Grey

I don't know that area at all, but Salisbury Plain doesn't look that far away and I believe there are quite a few tracks there.

You'll find that many people are reluctant to give out details of lanes because once they become known the idiots go out and tear them up, driving off the right of way, etc. Then the lane gets closed and lost to all.

You could try joining a local 4x4 club. Alternatively most councils (I don't know about Dorset) have an on-line version of the definitive map which lists all rights of way, including UCRs and BOATs. That should show you what's where, but not what condition they're in - some may be over-grown or suitable only for lifted Defender-type vehicles. If you're not sure recce on foot first, or find someone else with a 4x4 to go with so that he can pull you out if you get stuck (don't forget a heavy-duty tow rope). In fact it's always best to go with someone else if you can, as even a breakdown can leave you stranded miles from recovery, and the typical AA or RAC man isn't going to rescue you from a lane even if it is legally a road!
