What a brilliant thread! Only joined this forum earlier this evening and I'm impressed!
My i6 isn't doing anything weird (yet) but this is all useful info

Anyone had a misfire while cruising at 50mph?
I'd only been driving for about 4 miles and the whole car started vibrating like a wheel was about to fall off!
Naturally i flicked the stick to the left and knocked it down a gear. The misfire wasn't present under load, only when cruising at low rpm.
Thought I'd ask you guys before I start throwing money at her.
