Converting trunk to automatic opening/closing

So I love my freelander but I'm jealous of the auto opening/closing trunks of the rav4/Q7's and the like, is this something that can be retrofitted?
Anyone done it?

Thanks for that, so it looks like you can open it automatically but not close it, I'll do some more searching
