I've registered with topix but when I enter the vin of a freelander I'm looking into buying no spec is shown. Only basic details.
Am I doing something wrong ?

Tried that as well. Only gave the following information -

From your screen shot, I'd say that the mobile version is significantly cut down to fit the screen etc. Try a tablet or laptop instead.

Immediately to the right of the printer icon there should be another icon of four stacked bars... that is the one you need to open up the build spec.

Cancel that... I just tried your VIN on my laptop and got exactly the same limited information.

I also tried on my pc , no info again. I even tried a few vins I found kicking around in the forum, no info on them either. Strange.

Seems odd... My two VINs (current and previous car) deliver the full information... Maybe one of the site's more Topix knowledgeable chaps will be along soon who may know why.

I signed up as an "independent operator" is that the correct way to do it ?

Could someone who's able to get it working try my vin to see if it's shows anything

I get same limited info as OP.
Perhaps it is something to do with older models.

Hi, I have just picked up my 12 plate FL2 HSE with SD4 engine.

Love it and drives really well.

I wondered if I can register for topix as an individual just to see what the spec was on my car when ordered

Or can I put the vin into search in some way?
