I thought they were going to get rid of the 3 point turn as its not a thing people do now, they just pull into someones drive, screw the tarmac up with their power steering and back out again, simple Rolling Eyes

They said they were going to concentrate on things you really need to do, like park straight between the lines, parking between two other cars at the side of the road etc, and I hope they get rid of they stupid backing around a corner they do into on coming cars coming up to the junction forcing them to go round them into cars turning into the road from the right, seen a few near misses on that in the past

Always said, teach someone to drive, not how to pass the test.
Gearbox use grinds my gears, used to go faster, not slow down, that's what brakes are for now. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Driver training should be based on hours behind the wheel, rush hour, day/night driving etc 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Yes it should, one thing for sure they get plenty of hours sitting in the traffic jam here at this time of year. Rolling Eyes

I often wonder do the driving instructors charge their candidates for an hours lesson stationary sitting it traffic?
Or do they charge for actual time on the move?
I cant see anyone being very pleased being charged 20 quid or whatever for an hour and they havent moved an inch?
