Message centre language

Having just bought a Freelander in France I would like to change the message centre/computer to English, is this possible and if so, how?

Thanks

Similar question asked Here... From French to Dutch though so French is almost certainly available. As Athelstan says, it will be dealer job.

To answer my own question, yes, it is a dealer modification, which my local main dealer, Corre Automobiles in Saint Brieuc did in 10 minutes Gratuit.

Thankfully I had to cancel an appointment with a Dealer in the UK last week who didn't know if it could be done but would put the car on their dialogistic computer to check in exchange for £95+VAT of my money.

With the most expensive labour rate of 71€ (Inc VAT) an hour, I'm pretty sure I know where I'm getting the car serviced when next due Smile

Sorry only just seen this and as I'm reading the thread I'm assuming you now have an earlier model as you have not stated year or model.
For those with the later model this is changed through the driver Configuation station in the instrument cluster screen so that people don't go wasting money at the dealers.
From memory I think language is under "Display Settings"
