Just a quick query. When a car is serviced and the garage update Topix, how long does it normally take? Do most garages do it immediately or do they batch them up. Just had mine serviced and it is not updated on the system yet. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory

The Online Service History is only applicable to MY13> Vehicles

The Service departments the respective dealership should update it on completion of the job.

If they haven't, telephone them, and tell them to get a wriggle on. Or alternatively, email osh@jaguarlandrover.com and provide them with the details. They will do it manually for you. Foraging near Gaydon....
