Why does it come up on a regular basis that there are no new topics and to try again later when I know that there is ,it is a bit annoying when I want to go back and read something but cannot

If you click on the home page and scroll down to the bottom on the left you will see view posts from the last ( 1 to 120 ) hours, just click on one of the numbers and you will get a page containing posts that length of time.
