Had my aircon on today (yes, it even gets hot in Aberdeen, 26 degrees infact)and CD player was fine. Wonder if you have a leaky pipe behind the dash somewhere that just happens to be blowing into the CD player. ______________________

My experience of CD player problems is quite the opposite, mine has shut down several times with an overheating warning !

i had my aircon on 16c yesterday and radomly took out various CD, all normal temperatures when they eventually popped out. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |
