Firstly I don't understand your UK registrations descriptions to identify your model.
Secondly, Yes you can there is plenty of aftermarket systems available to do this on ebay/Aliexpress that are designed for Freelander 2.
If you want the OE system then how big is your wallet, everything is possible at a price.
Good luck Thumbs Up MY15

Stuart's...

Registration marks in the UK comprise two letters, two numbers and three letters. XX00 XXX. THe first two letters identify the area of the country that the vehicle was registered and the last three letters are just random letters.

The two numbers identify the half year in which the vehicle was registered. The half years run 1st March to 31st August and 1st September to 28th/29th February.

    08 = Mar 08 - Aug 08 & 58 = Sep 08 - Feb 09
    09 = Mar 09 - Aug 09 & 59 = Sep 09 - Feb 10

    10 = Mar 10 - Aug 10 & 60 = Sep 10 - Feb 11
    11 = Mar 11 - Aug 11 & 61 = Sep 11 - Feb 12
    12 = Mar 12 - Aug 12 & 62 = Sep 12 - Feb 13
    13 = Mar 13 - Aug 13 & 63 = Sep 13 - Feb 14
    14 = Mar 14 - Aug 14 & 64 = Sep 14 - Feb 15
    15 = Mar 15 - Aug 15 & 65 = Sep 15 - Feb 16

And so on ad infinitum. The second half year indicates the model year, e.g. 61 suggests MY12. Simple really isn't it Very Happy
