Very tasteful music playing there, but the driver of the pick-up is very bad. If you have the registration number I would report the incident. In Sussex we have a system for reporting reckless drivers called 'Operation Clampdown' where you can anonymously report an incident, which is reviewed and if necessary a letter will be sent to the registered owner advising them that they have been seen, and any future complaints may result in a fine or penalty points. With camera evidence like this, they may even get prosecuted.
