Trim removal

Anyone know how to remove the rear c post trims where the rear seat belts come out from?

I have bought a dog guard and the brackets screw in under that panel.. I dont want to pull it off and break something. I have a 2007 freelander2.

Ive sorted them thanks for your help, didnt realise there was a torx screw behind the airbag sign in the trim
