I am renovating an old cottage and need 20sq m of solid oak flooring. It must be about 20 mm thick and preferably click lock or toung and groove. Reclaimed is best! I'm happy to sand it all and refinish it, so surface condition isnt too much of a problem.

If your looking to remove flooring you have, let me know! I may also be interested in other wood flooring as I have more than one room to do.

Not looking to spend too much, so free would be great! I'm in Rutland, so somewhere reasonably local would also be best.

Hi Jon, have you got a local timber yard? I have several by me, all do solid oak T&G at various widths for about £30/sqm. They do various grades depending how rustic you want it. I would have thought that would be your best bet.
