Only interesting thing my dashcam picked up last service was a Discovery in bits in the workshop - body off, engine in bits on the workshop floor. Looked expensive! Oh, and my car being backed into a wash bucket as they moved it out of the wash bay! (No harm done - and they did check.) Like you, they left the engine running much of the time wasting far more fuel than they needed to. |

and I was sure B service meant wheels come off, amazing how they managed to put locking wheel nuts back on in EXACTLY same position as i had them on all 4 wheels, bit obsessive, one nut counterclockwise from valve |
