Rear cigarette lighter not working

I have checked bonnet fuse no.45 and rear fuse FA06 and all ok
The lighter is still not working by aux plug
Have I missed anything?
Is it easy to check voltage on lighter unit? Steve the newby

The rear is not for cigarette lighter although it very much looks like one.
Only the front is for cigarette lighter.
The front and rear sockets are different if you look closely.
The rear is for Auxiliary Power as explained in the Owners Handbook Thumbs Up
I use mine to charge an Iphone. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

I only use it for my son to charge his iphone, I put the usb adaptor in the front socket and works, but not in the rear one not charging. Just call it cig lighter cause it looks like one its never used for a cig lighter as no one smokes. Steve the newby

That's how I use mine Thumbs Up
The adaptor contact is a bit iffy in the socket. I'm forever wiggling the darn thing. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Yes you can.
Look down the socket and in the centre at the bottom you will see the 12v brass contact.
Ensure you don't touch the metal outside can of the socket when probing for voltage. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
