2010 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Santorini Black

front Door inner waste seal problem

Hi all
I have a slight problem with the inner waste seal on the drivers door. The seal as you can see on the photo gets dragged down with the window and its putting a strain on the motor . Ive removed it and reinserted it to no avail .Any one got any ideas or shall I get a new one but I'm trying to save the pennies.
