Yeah, but... 」1.2M for a lightweight racing car and they wont allow them on the track....because its a replica! Some people really have got more money than sense. |

Mark Evans is ok, I enjoyed his E Type rebuild he did on a car is reborn, didnt cut any corners and it looked superb when finished, he acts a bit daft sometimes though, like when he put a dent on purpose in his newly fitted E Type back wing so they could show how to remove it.

Or they could have put an old knackered panel sprayed up on for him to hit it, and the decent one was sat out of camera view.........

He seems to sell them on pretty quickly afterwards, must get bored very easily, his E Type was up for around 」70000 I think? cost him 」90000 to do I believe?

I loved the programme and adored the car! I wish there had been a bit more about the technical aspects - particularly the engine, which appeared in the car as if from nowhere! |
