So glad I have an auto.

Have driven FL autos since 2008 as well as Merc C200.
Just had left foot fitted with a Moon Boot for 4-6 weeks due to ruptured Achilles tendon. Would have been grounded if FL not auto, Merc is almost impossible to get in and out of. Side steps a bonus. All FL2's (3) Gone
2011 Mercedes C180 CGI Gone
FL2 GS Auto SD with heated leather, factory tints, alloy spare and a few other bits.

I'm getting over a broken ankle , I had a stooky from my toes to my knee on my right leg. I still managed to drive my FL auto. I think it was the seating postion that helped, I couldn't drive our mk2 focus , it was to sore to lift my leg sitting so low down. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Ukraine 2013 Freelander 2 2.0T SE Auto Fuji White

Fractured a bone in the left foot years ago. Did manage to drive the manual car to work but with tears is my eyes. Changed my route to avoid hill starts, a major problem in my part of Sydney. Where possible used the right foot to use the clutch or simply not change gears at all. Wish I had an auto back then. Also had injured my left hand at the same time so was changing gears with my right hand as well. Not a pretty sight! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
