Looks great Ron - Just a shame you beat me on a well known auction site - and JimNI got the other set! Suppose I'll just have to play the waiting game until another set comes up and this time be a bit quicker on hitting the bid button.

Super job Ron - hardest bit for me was figuring how to get the rear seats out but once I found that video it was a breeze.

Taz - seats run off 5A fused circuit so I guess less than 60w. The cable to cigarette lighter is larger dia. Than that in seat harness and in fairness likely hood of operating both seats for prolonged period is very low. However, as a belt and braces approach an inline fuse could be fitted.

I'm sure the fuses for the hearted seats in my car are 40amp each... Maybe the 5amp is for a module? |

As I said - we are only dealing with seat movement NOT heating!

Jim / Ron - when you remove the rear seat backs, did the whole of the boot side trims have to be removed to get the long supporting bar at the bottom of the seat backs, out of the FL2? I know you have to gain access to bolts at the ends of the bar thro the little pop-out trim panels, to the front of the seat backs and can see all the bolts underneath the bar.
