I grew up in a little East Yorkshire town that had a level crossing with out barriers. I've seen many cars dodging the lights to beat a train. I can't believe people do it, it's a chance not worth taking. There's been a few news items recently about level crossings, lots of interesting clips of near misses. Either the train was not scheduled at that time or his watch was wrong, same time every day syndrome |
