United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame
Manual gear change

Hi, I know there a lot of posts about greasing the cables, which I have done but changing gear always goes with a slight clunk which is felt through the gear knob. The car does this even with the engine off, clutch in or out. I have also read that this is typically the norm, but I can believe that it should be like how it is. My question then is there any way to lubricate or check any of the bits that may be causing this clunkiness, especially 7201?
