Does anyone know can I set up doors unlock from inside same way as from remote: first press (or door handle) driver door, second all ? Good safety feature , but works only from remote. Freelander 2 HSE i6 Tonga Green |

This how my car works - one press of unlock button in remote + drivers door and hatch unlocked : two press of unlock button on remote all doors and hatch unlocked. Also on the remote there is the button for hatch unlock only, this unlocks the hatch and releases the lock which makes the hatch easy to open without pressing the button in the tailgate - when the hatch is closed the alarm is also reset. The unlock button on the dashboard unlocks all the doors as does opening any door from inside the car. |

My understanding on what EM is looking for is just the drivers door to unlock when he gets out, rather than when he unlocks to get in. I may have misunderstood though. |

Only way I can see around this when exiting the car is to press unlock once on key fob before pulling driver door handle to exit car.
