Clutch, master cylinder or both?

I have gotten the dreaded studder at 2000 rpm, when I floor it in fifth, and suspect that the clutch is due for a replacement.

But is it just the clutch-plates I need to replace, or do I have to swap master cylinder as well? Or just the master cylinder? Leopard tank drivers never stop at anything.

As your having the Gearbox out to replace the Clutch and Pressure Plate, also check the DMF, whilst its out if it were me I would also change the Slave Cylinder, not the Master Cylinder.
