I glued two plastics together , stuff worked well on one a piece of cheap rough plastic pipe , the other was the cap from an medical inhaler, absolutely no bond at all on the inhaler cap - hard shiney plastic

I had an argument with a small deer which cracked the front bumper and knocked out the foglamp.

Some but not all plastics can be repaired using solvent weld cement, plumbers use it on waste pipes that are produced specifically for this but push fit type won't adhere. Screwfix sell small pots of it for a few quid, you could also try the tubes of cement used for plastic airfix kits. Both types actually partly "melt" the plastic to bond it unlike superglue. I had a similar problem requiring me to repair a crack in the bumper and a broken fog lamp fitting caused by a small deer . To refix the lamp unit I tried a number of plastic glues and eventually just screwed it all together with wood screws. The fog lamp Bezel hides the screw heads once back in place. The picture shows some of the screws but there were more at the end of the job.
