Wales 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Santorini Black

If you're not going to turn up for anything, it's always good manners to say so.
Having said that, I've dismissed this as a storm in a jelly mould.

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

Fun and games!! Laughing

Nothing stopping an under 7 entering into a contract - it'll just be invalid if it were ever tested.

Over 7 and they can definitely enter into a contract - moreover it may be valid and it may be enforceable. All seems to hinge on whether it is reasonable the child understood the implications of entering into the contract.

When all said and done, irrespective of whether the kid was over or under 7, I'd have thought any proposed legal action would be laughed out of court.....

Utterly ridiculous.

I agree there, kids are more of a fashion accessory to some parents hell bent on one upmanship.
They spend hundreds on party clothes and buy expensive gifts, insisting they are unwrapped immediately in front of everyone whilst they survey the room looking for admiring glances, meanwhile the poor child is thinking what the **** is this?

Blind mans buff, probably outlawed by HSE these days Laughing

Nothing to do with the kid - it was his Mammy said he would go! Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own!

Quite agree. Unless it was peeing down, we'd party outdoors; best man dead, Japs and English, trolley racing etc. We made our own entertainment and there were a few scrapes.
You weren't a proper young 'un unless you lost a few teeth or broke a bone or two. We soon learnt what danger was.
What a soppy World our children live in today. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
